3. Shipping
Orders are shipped from France to the UK using our trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Non-Receipt of Goods
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, you must contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. In order to open an investigation, we may ask you to provide supporting documents such as proof of non-delivery, carrier correspondence, or a declaration of non-receipt.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is damaged or incomplete.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
